Teatro Principal: Admission tickets for all festival screenings and events can be purchased and picked up at this box office for any location. Times: Starting on 29 September, from Tuesday to Saturday (+ event days) between 18:00 h and 21:00. During festival week, from 16:30 h to the time of start of the last session of each day. NUMAX: Here you can only purchase and pick up tickets for the screenings that take place in this theatre. Starting on 29 September, you can buy advance tickets at NUMAX’s box office. Phone: +34 981 560 250.
Important notices

Admission to the closing event and the opening event is free of charge (subject to capacity). Tickets may be collected in advance from the Teatro Principal’s box office starting from two days before each event.

The capacity of the venues Teatro Principal and Salón Teatro is limited to 60 people, and to 35 people in the case of NUMAX.

Capacity may vary depending on the health law in force on festival days.

As a general rule, the provisions of the law in force from time to time will apply. As a priority, a safety distance of 1.5 m between spectators must be kept at all times.

The use of a face mask is mandatory.

Hand sanitiser stations will be available.

Entry to the premises will be gradual, and the aforementioned safety distance of 1.5 m must be kept at all times. (You are advised to arrive at the venue at least 20 minutes before the start of the session.)

Access control will be done through unattended ticket validation stations that will allow each person accessing the venue to validate their ticket without any physical contact, while keeping the safety distance.

The premises will be exited gradually, and those who are closest to the door will be the first to leave the room. The ushers will give all relevant instructions.

If you have any COVID-19-related symptom, including cough, difficulty breathing or fever, you will not be allowed to access the premises.
